Description:
I own 5 acres of land and want to expand an existing wellness center to include physicans offices, professional offices, a salon and spa, athletic club, and restaurant. The building is 73% pre-leased - these are not letters of intent they are actual leases. The building site is located in a rapidly expanding area of northeast ohio near a major highway.
