I have an eager team, & an amazing support system ready to get this plan in action! HALOS Salon (Acronym; Hair And Luxury One Stop) we thought would be perfect b/c we believe in Angels! Wouldn't it be nice to have a one stop shop, with the an amazing, friendly & beautiful staff to pamper you in a luxurious setting? My dream is to have an open (where all the shampoo bowls will be) yet intimate "rent your own suite" style salon. I am fully licensed as a cosmetologist. The stylist that rent the suite, sign a year contract, & are responsible for all supplies, taxes, & insurance policies. So as a salon owner- that's less stress of the payroll taxes & less stress in bringing business in the doors. Most stylist are doing this once their clientele is built up, & personally I have had a great response from my clients. They love it, but want to see me do bigger & better! Now what I will offer my stylist that sign a contract, my team & I have many contacts to set up a promo team of gorgeous young models to attract new clients, & excite our existing clientele! Our "Halo Angels" promo team will promote at all major events in Houston (concerts, sporting events, rodeo, hair shows, night clubs, local pageants, etc.) we have connections with one of the biggest radio stations in Houston. HALOS will offer the best hair extensions, color, highlights, cut, styles, airbrush tan, make-up, eyelash extensions etc. in the area! I can assure you our customers will be satisfied. My clientele now is all based on referrals only. We also want to expand our services and be available to do "onsite" wherever they are needed. Wheather it's a Wedding, or any other big event that needs to be glamorous- we want to be able to offer it!
