I was previously a real estate investor looking to start again. I had my salesperson license in MD from 2000-2002 and am currently in class to obtain it again. I am a leasing agent, bank courier, and process server in Philadelphia and through the course of my daily workday I see distressed properties, meet other investors and potential clients along with contacts I've known for years. I also work with housing programs and have developed strong relationships with them, and I've found a building with great profit potential as I already know who would be renting the units as well as the income and expenses involved. As I stated I've done this before but I had an unwilling partner; I'm on my own now and ready to get going!
