I don't put too many private details online. Let me tell you what this business is about. I am seeking an investor that will put up an RWA from his/her banker, sent bank to bank to obtain a contract. We have buyers for these contracts. They sell at premium $600 million paid upfront for the year ahead. This is huge savings for the buyer that is why they pay $600 million.
Your RWA that would represent your ability to conduct a transaction value of $480 million, has no reference to your bank balance yet the banker will only issue this if you are capable to conduct such a transaction. The Ready, Willing & Able letter states the bank client's ability to handle a large transaction yet obligates you in no way.
Once we get the contract it is resold right away. You get half the proceeds, you keep $300 million, not bad for a week's investment, with no money paid out.
