My business is a small restaurant (roughly 40/60 seats). The cuisine will be an America twist on traditional Basque food, emphasizing on pintxos (littler food portions). I will import traditional Spanish wines, ciders, cheese, and whatever other products I can to maintain the authenticity of my restaurant. It will be busy everyday. This will make other people want to know what all the fuss is about and try my food for themselves.
