Description:
We are a small "mom and pop" motel in north central Pennsylvania - renovating to become a boutique motel. We are looking for refinancing and renovation funds. Some renovation complete (new roofs, new furnaces, new electric, new water heatersa), but more needs to be done (mostly asthetic). We purchased the business in 2001 with conventional bank financing (still in place). We have increased the gross income from $125,000 to $500,000 per year, but know there is more to be made.
