I have an idea to open a small carry out/ dine in restaurant called "chicken out". The menu will have a selection of homemade chicken dishes like Cashew Chicken, Fried Chicken w/mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken wraps, Chicken and dumplings, chicken and waffles, plus a chicken & fries basket. And a choice of three daily dessert specials. I am well known for my fried chicken in this area and have great faith that this will be a very profitable business. I'm also known for my baking abilities and have many rrequests for my baked goods from local residents and friens & family.
