I would like to set up a Huddle House in Estill, SC. This town really has a high demand for food chains, people often have to travel 15-40 miles just to get a decent meal between the hours of 9pm and 9am. This would be an excellent opportunity. Another Idea that I am trying to fund is a Movie House in Rincon, Ga. Again, an area that has a huge demand for Theater services and none within a 30 mile reach of this area, even so it would benefit Estill to have a movie house close by and more options in this area.
