I started The Century 22 Investment Group in 1997.
My company is now involved in buying single family homes at rock bottom prices direct from the banks. We are putting qualified buyers in these homes. We then have several banks approving these buyers,in 3 to 6 months to buy them back at appraised value or a little less, depending if they need help with closing costs. Yes I said 3 to 6 months. You do the math! We buy the homes for $50k or less and sell them for $100k in 3 to 6 months. These are true numbers! Once the home is sold we split the profit with the investors. In the meantime, the homes that are purchased would be the collateral for the investor. The investor will always have 50% to 60% equity in the homes, until sold.
