My wife and I own and operate a bar and grill located in a renovated schoolhouse built in 1921. The current bar area has a capacity of 350 people. Total buildings square footage is approximately 20,000. Looking for money to buy the property and renovate existing banquet hall which looks over the scenic Fox River. The orginally school house was completely dismantled in the 1980's and renovated with materials gathered around the state from old bridges and buildings that were tore down. With its 32' ceilings and unique style and design it is arguably the most unique bar and grill in the Fox Valley. Our business plan calls for 1.2 million to acquire this property and provide the necessary renovations so the Banquet Hall and attached deck can be used as well as a addition for a complete kitchen area to support the hall and bar. The business plan calls for 8 different phases to occur over the next 8 years so eventually the entire building will be used to support the goals and objectives of Big Daddy's.
