I have a remote based call center. We offer our services to small and medium sized businesses that need bilingual services like: cx service, sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, cold calling and more. All agents are remote based and work from there own home office. We use cloud based dialers and all web based tools. I need investment to formalize and obtain our LLC and also to hire agents to search for new business opportunities. I also know where to find clients for the call center.
