Did you ever take your motorcars to a repair shop? Was your experience satisfactory? If you are like most drivers, chances are it was not. What we need is a shop with a quick turn-around, where repairs do not cost an arm and a leg; a shop that offers professional and reliable work.
For the more than 30 years that I have worked in the field of automotive service, I have been thinking about creating such a shop. I have talked to all sorts of people, from plain auto mechanics to industry leaders, to folks with master degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. I have taken all that knowledge, experience and wisdom and combined it into a concept for an auto repair shop based on three principles:
Transparency – Customers can see what’s going on with their vehicle at all times
Expedience – By focusing on specific vehicle systems and using single-flow methodology, most maintenance and repairs are done within 1 hour
Convenience – No appointments are necessary. Cars get inserted at any point in the process
