Description: I am looking into purchasing an existing restaurant that has been a downtown landmark for 30 years. I spoke with the owner and he is willing to lease it to me, with a small investment or sell it to me for a minimal amount. The restaurant has a faithful following and without advertisement it gross 12,000 a month and is only open for lunch. I know that with my hard work and dedication that I can increase the bottom line tremendously without losing the loyal customers that already exist. I am looking to do this fairly quickly because I I initially had an investor that turned out to be a bad investor (luckily I found out before I was totally involved).
