We are a small craft brewing company trying to get off the ground. Have property to build on and have distributors that have agreed to buy beer that we will produce. Traditional banking does not seem to be a option as we've been rejected multiple times, not because of terms or credit but just no interest in startups from banks. Have property collateral and cash input but enough not for all of start-up costs. Would like to have one financial input source, ultimately need 350K to start.
