We built a prototype for a vacuum infrared infrared dehydrator for the growing raw foods market especially, but with broad application for drying herbs and spices, mushrooms, sea veggies, and non-food material as well. We are looking for investors to fund a coomercial scale model for field testing at Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. Note: We are unconnected to Living Light, they have just graciously offered to host our trials when we have raised enough capital to begin there.
