I have been a local cook for years now and have a good following. I want to open a one of a kind restaurant in my area. I have done a local poll and I will have a large following. Alot of my customers have said this town needs a buffet /steak house. And with my fully self serve idea the customers will from the start save 15 - 20 percent, because no waitress needed.
