My company aquires and rents mobile homes. J&T's is a small sole-propeitorship in the pre/post start up stage; meaning some mobile homes have been acquired and some is just land. I am seeking investor funding to a)pay off mortgages to increase cash flow b)capital to acquire mobile/manufactured homes to place on land to maximize full rental potential.
