Although I own a small catering company I am seeking startup capital for a deli. Goal to provide soup, sandwich, salad, two specials delivery or pickup to business in downtown Everett. Also will use the kitchen as a catering kitchen which will provide limited but some rental of kitchen funds coming into deli.
