Dobrev Home Improvements, LLC was created and brought to fruition by my spouse and myself. I am a licensed real estate broker and my partner is a licensed home improvement contractor, and together we buy, renovate and sell1-2 family homes in Staten Island. We do all of the work in-house, from finding and purchasing the properties, to renovating them, to selling them. Starting off with only 1 investor (FFF), we have successfully flipped 6 properties since we started in September 2010, each being bought and sold within 6 months. We have a built a trusted team to help us execute our projects, and have all of the tools we need to take our business to the next level.
