I have been a cook/ restaurant manager for 16 years now. I would like the opportunity to start my own restaurant. I have military cooking/management experience. I have worked fine dining and fast food. I have found an opportunity to purchase a pre-exsiting business that closed for personal reasons with all equipement remaining however I personally don't have the finances required as the purchse price is $260,000. I would also need a resource to help provide salaries for employees for the first year. The potential for growth is huge. I personally have over 16 years experience in the food service industry, my wife has over 6 years experience in the hotel industry and together we can make this work we just need someone to have faith in us and help us out.
