JDS Restaurant Group LLC was founded in Napa, CA. Its first restaurant, "Palette," is in the design/creation stage. Named for the full range of colors available to an artist, "Palette" intends to focus on the "high art" of cuisine, without the pretension. It is a fine dining "white tablecloth" restaurant. We are currently looking to raise $1M in total capital. The location of any restaurant is the first ingredient in its success. The Riverfront project in downtown Napa is where Palette hopes to open its doors. It is strategically located on Main Street at the gateway to the Napa Valley with the patio space overlooking the Napa River.
