Our Patent Pending industry DISRUPTIVE product is called the GMLT™ (Go-kart Mobile Laser-Tag) System. The GMLT™ System is a first of a kind aftermarket plug and play retrofit upgrade for commercial Electric Go-karts. We have 2 recurring revenue models to generate income from the GMLT™ System Equipment and Pairing Game engine Software, and mobile companion app.
We are in the Seed phase looking to raise $2.5M to begin our 12-18 month journey to complete our proof of concept prototypes, establish manufacturing relationships, reevaluate product market fit and develop our go-to market strategy for our next round of capital raise to develop a pilot facility and partner with a new or existing karting company for our first ROI by summer of 2021.
