Description:
McMurtrys Irish Pub is whats right to bring to our community in Historic Downtown Paducah Kentucky. I have traveled trying out several IrIsh Pubs out of state and they are becoming larger and larger. This is in my heart to start my own busniess following by my Hertiage. I have found one location in my area that would be the spot. Listing price $705,000 and most likely get it $650,000. You wouldnt beleive the interior design. All original from 1886. This is were the largest-smartest and wealthy people in Paducah Kentucky go to get away and enjoy there selected several hundred dollar bottle of wine. As well as singer from Nashvile Tn stop on there way through town stop to enjoy time away. They want something diffrent, and when i say different I mean different. Private Partys are held on the second floor in a banquet room. This property is a dream come true and spot that know one would not want to pass or give up. This is way I have found my last resort with (URL removed) by streaming the Internet. I ask for a Investor/Silent Investor. This resturant has everything from full updated furnished kitchen equipment to two Bars all your Granite dining table tops, wine cellar and the most expensive wood work brought from California that know other places in Paducah Kentucky have and original tile flooring from 1886 in meant condition. There is know way an Investor would pass up this opertunity as much as I would. Its everyones dream come true.
