Description: The Vintage Venue LLC (The Vintage Coffee Shop) is a local start up business in the city of Royal Oak MI. This has been a dream of ours for some time, and now we are ready to move forward with this dream, and make it a reality. This is a limited liability corporation which seeks to provide the best service that you can receive in the world of coffee. Our service will primarily be providing organic coffee which is locally roasted in Ferndale MI. We are a business that prides itself in helping the local economy through using local business's to the state of Michigan. We will be serving many different organic beverages such as tea, and blended drinks. Our goal as a coffee shop will be to raise the standard of the coffee industry that gets pushed to the side in the corporate world of coffee. We will be bringing recognition not only to the city that we are in but to the coffee and tea growers world wide. We pride ourselves as a company, because we are going back to the classic way of serving espresso based drinks. We will be using state of the art hand pressed espresso machines to create a unique and individual espresso drink for all of our customers. We will be only serving Fresh French Press coffee, which avoids over heating our specialty coffees. The other side of our business that sets us apart from the rest of the coffee industry is our state of the art concert venue that will be a home to the local bands of the Metro Detroit area. Our company has a high passion, and regard for the world of art, and through bringing in local, and possibly national bands we want to bring that pride out in our services to the city of Royal Oak. We hope our venue will be the home that musicians look forward to playing at regularly. Our company not only wants to showcase the musical arts, but the fine arts, and other art forms within our community. With our state of the art sound, and lighting system we will be having a top notch video system as well. We hope to bring in local, and national independent film as well as the old classics that we all enjoy to watch. We would like our walls to be ever changing with different artist from painters, print-makers, and many more to be showcased monthly or bi-monthly. We want to bring attention to the creativity that we see in our every day walk of life, and the world around us. The funding that we are looking for will be applied to the build-out and other start up costs that are needed to have to bring this business to life. Our company has purchased a 9,000 sq ft., and have a tenant in one of three suits. The other two suits that are in this building are where we plan on placing our coffee shop, and concert venue. The money that we are bringing in for rent from our tenant will help us pay down our loan that we receive. We will also allow for our investor to have a first lean on our building which is estimated to be 1.5 million dollars. We look forward to hearing from any one who is interested in helping us out. Please contact us with any questions that you have for us, and if you seek more information on our company. Sincerely The Vintage Venue LLC.
