Description: J4 Paintball has a patent granted to provide a new layout for paintball markers in the paintball industry. It is a new layout, allowing for products from entry level to high end markers all based on the same unique layout, which we hold till 2027. We have brought the first product to market based on this patent, solved production issues, and we are now getting ready to expand to full production. To effectively and profitably expand we need to setup a machine shop to start production here in the US. Having our parts made here in our own shop radically reduces cost, dropping cost to a point where we can run at a 47% profit margin with just this one product. As we expand to a planned 7 products this reduces R&D and allows for easy production of the initial runs. Currently we have $100k of product on hand, and need about $100k in machine tooling and related to fully produce the products. We will get there eventually, but due to lack of machines that will take about a year, maybe more, and waiting on that time to come means we could lose millions in market sales. We are looking for a Series B investment to expand and produce our own product in house to reduce cost and quickly accelerate production.
