Description: I am the principal owner of a unique niche market moderate sized grocery store. I am currently also involved with two other companies that I have founded and presently am running. I currently have an excellent and motivated staff and a manager of operations who would like to become a vested owner. I currently have a personal situation in which I need to step away from this company. I can take the company to the open market and it will sell quite quickly as it is unique, profitable, and comes with property rights to the only commercial property in a designated no growth area. I have a firm belief that the best person to take on this operation is the individual that is presently running the company. The only problem is lacks the capital to do so and I am in a "personal" not economic situation that prevents me legally from owner financing him myself. I believe that a good venture capitalist could finance the purchase of this company or purchase it and vest him in as an owner and see a 12 percent return.
