Hi my name is Josh Schielie and i'm eighteen years old currently living in Brentwood California. My vision is to create a street wear boutique. Reason why, the fashion industry is an industry that is always expanding. Street wear is booming, brands like : The hundreds, Diamond Supply Co, Crooks and Castles, Black Scale. In my town we don't have much, its actually a city with less than 300,00 people. The one thing that we do now have though is an outdoor mall, Some of the stores that will be coming here our Mainland, Tillys, Hollister co, No Fear, American Eagle. These are all business's that produce mainstream brands, however the upcoming brands are the ones who young adults and teens are drooling over. Basically, I'm in need of a location in this mall. Its the perfect place for kids to hang out, its the ideal area. We have cities surrounding us like Antioch, Oakley, Pittsburg, Concord, Walnut Creek. The company is called An Illistrated Era, and will be a small boutique distributing street fashion brands, and shoes. Once a month, we will have a limited release of our own companies hat/shirt/sweater. I also plan to run a store blog with updates daily of new shipments etc. I have designs on hand, and I'm determined. I could use any amount your willing to put forward for me and turn it around.
