Mahogany Chocolate is a startup craft chocolate company. The company will be located in Mahogany Bay Village on Ambergris Caye, Belize. This is the largest resort project in the country and Mahogany Chocolate, a separate company, will be the sole provider of chocolate products to their guests, Projections show the resort will have 200,000 guests walk the property annually. Mahogany Chocolate will consist of a factory and retail store. We will be providing the resort their amenity chocolates for the guest rooms. We are looking for an capital in exchange for equity.
