City View Properties plans on buying rental property around the University Of Western Ontario. Updating the units and renting them out to the student at an affordable rate. Since most of the units in this area at the moment are run down and need major TLC. We have conducted a survey with students that live in this area and have found alot would prefer to pay up to $300 more if the house was up to a certain level of quality.
