Description:
Smokin’ Belts ATV Resort is a multi-revenue outdoor hospitality operating company planned adjacent to the state-managed ATV trail system at Tackett Creek, Tennessee.
The business monetizes existing trail traffic through campground and cabin lodging, food service, mechanical repairs, recovery services, wash bays, parts sales, and branded merchandise. The trails are state-owned; revenue is generated through hospitality, services, and retail — not trail access.
The company is currently in the seed funding and planning phase and is not yet in development, with the initial flagship location serving as a proof-of-concept for a scalable destination hospitality model.
