Yes u will make some money no matter what but your not going to get rich i ne3ed some help getting some rental property off the ground. were i live it's cheap to buy but exspensive to rent . people want to live out of town now they want the freedoms that they can't find in the big city i have two rentals were i live now and two in the city that i run. i want some more and would like a little help getting on my feet with them . for the money you provide i can buy two or three other rentals that rent out at good money.
