Olympus Athletics is a fitness brand like no other. Our mission statement is "Empowering other through strength in order to build confidence, community, and vitality". We seek to fight the obesity and health epidemic in our small community of Merced, CA through a preventative measures with nutrition and exercise programs. We offer a wide variety of services such as Fitness Classes, Personal and small group training, Online training and workout Programs, as well as an open gym memberships like normal gyms, except we require all members to follow some sort of structured program toward there goal. Whatever a clients goal is, we push them toward that goal with constant encouragement and motivation from our staff, as well as the other clients in our community.
Our main factor that has held us back is that we have been working out of another gym and had to share the facility with other trainers. This has led to confusion and in house competition with other trainers, and an overall chaotic environment. We even have had clients leave telling is that they loved working with us and once we start our own place, they would be happy to come back, but they simply do not enjoy training in the chaotic facility.
We have no doubt that we will thrive as a business, the only problem is getting the doors open. We have a solid business plan and a unique training system that sets us apart from our competition. We have everything in place and ready to go, but we simply require the funding to get started.
