Description:
A strategic and premium location has been identified and acquired to put up a night club which will be within an entertainment and commercial (Shopping mall) enclave. This location is situated close to a high end residential area with most residents belonging to the middle to top level working executives. With a web of first class road network connected to several adjoining first class residential area, couple with no presence of any modern night club within the neighbour, this business line will be considered a niche venture with high level of returns and patronage.
