Description:
I am currently working on starting up a small real estate investment company in Richmond Virgina. Working mostly in rehabs, and long term rentals. I currently only buy homes in Richmond, and with at least 30% less than fair market value. I also only work with houses under 75k that I can sell for a lower price to first time home owners, or investors.
