Description:
My name is Joseph Rice and I have grown up and lived in Delaware the majority of my life. I have seen Delaware's youth crime rate increase in the recent years and I have a business idea that is based solely on the structure of today's youth and adult recreation. I, myself, am only 25 years of age, but I know these kids aren't that far gone that we can't get them back. I want to apply for a small business grant to open a community business. We have designed a paintball park. We have alot of ideas for it. We want to take today's youths off the streets and give them something positive and constructive to do with their afterschool and weekend hours. We do not currently have any major attractions in our area, so we are confident it will pull major business, especially being located right
