Description: An establishment that combines innovative technology with a high degree of customer service focus in order to fulfill a need that has been discovered in a local area. This business is best classified as a differentiator that can capitalize on a saturated market which is in dire need of a transformative business such as my establishment. Within recent months, there has been research performed by my team in the areas of demand and risk analysis, break-even estimation, and prospective cost forecasting. With the capital that I am seeking, a dream could be realized down to the minute details that ultimately determine success and failure. Based upon my research, I have found an opportunity to establish a profitable tavern in a local area. My team would be able to design and implement our differentiating technology with these funds. With that said, the prospective market is high-cost market, especially if all aspects of the establishment are to be realized, but it has potential for a high reward by capitalizing on the deficiency gap between what businesses are currently offering and what the prospective clientele desire. Upon greater research, it has been determined that Break-Even would be within 3-6 months upon start-up, which would be a pessimistic estimate, and the considerable profit-generation period would be between 9-12 months. This brief overview of mine is backed by executive summaries, personalized in-depth biographies, business plan models and presentations, and my experience as an established local entrepreneur; although my focus has been on non-profit work thus far.
