Description:
Pin High is a high-end indoor golf lounge that will provide the greater Pittsburgh area with the opportunity to learn, practice, and play a round of golf while enjoying quality food and drink with friends and family. Pin High will be the first of its kind in the area to offer customers an opportunity to experience golf in a brand new format. Given the Pittsburgh winters can be long and brutal; our facility will provide the opportunity to play golf on high-definition golf simulators year round.
Pin High will accommodate sports enthusiasts throughout the entire year. During the summer months, when the majority of golf is played outside, Pin High’s upscale bar will offer passing pedestrians and casual sports fans the opportunity to enjoy cold beverages and small plates while watching their favorite sporting events on one of our many TVs and simulators. Intrigued customers that come in for a drink will also be able to use the simulators for quick challenges against each other in long drive and closest to the pin contests. The simulators are set up for quick play allowing customers to come in and play golf in more efficient time manner compared to traditional golf. Pace of play is becoming an increasing problem for public golf, as it takes too long for most golfers to fit 9 or 18 holes into their busy schedules. Pin High will offer an escape from the crowds, pace of play, and weather during the summer months that some golfers do not want to deal with.
In addition to recreational play on the simulators, Pin High will set up and run weekly leagues, host viewing parties for large sporting events, and have daily specials throughout the week that will drive traffic to the business. There will also be multiple pool tables, darts, and a replica PGA Tour putting green.
Most simulators will be reserved through Pin High’s online website which will allow patrons easy access to pick times during the week when best suits them. This will also make Pin High a destination lounge that can easily pull people in from all areas of the city and its suburbs.
Pin High’s revenue stream will be made up of simulator rental, food and beverage, and miscellaneous. Of the total revenue, simulator rental will account for 61%, food and beverage, 33%, and miscellaneous, 6%.
