Within the facility we will be hosting daily micro tournaments at a highly affordable cost with higher payout. While we will be taking a slight profit cut from individual tournament, we will use it to gain momentum for a membership system built to retain retention and resubscribing every month. My plan includes a 8% churn rate while i am shooting for less than 5%. A members only ladder bracket will maintain customer loyalty as more and more players are sponsored by the facility to compete professional across the us.
