I have been approached to Purchase an Existing Bar & Grille (5 Years in business). I am in search of funds for purchase. I have a business degree and currently work in Commercial Real Estate and Asset based lending, This would be a side venture for me. The purchase price is $275,000 which is turnkey. I hope to negotiate down to $225,000. My next step is to obtain financials from the current owner for the past 4 years including interim financials. We are having dinner just to lay out groundwork if it a purchase is feasible. I would liketo find a venture capital firm that is willing to lend money. My initial projections show i can repay over 36 months. The verbal from the current owner sound great, but as I am in banking i want to confirm with financials, and i do understand their is a cash
