I am taking over a restaurant from a successful couple in this town who is retiring and handing their reins over to me. Every restaurant in town is a seafood chowder house, Hispanic food or Chinese food. I am originally from Atlanta, and started cooking in restaurants in Alabama. This is a tourist recreation town and it needs a new flavor. The lower level of this restaurant is a ship with wheel house on top, the rest is a built on building with full bar, the whole restaurant seats up to 100. The current owners are elderly and really need to retire due to health issues. They believe the food I want to serve will be a hit and are willing to carry full paper on the purchase. I have been a cook in the area and have been going broke due to cooks wages and the cost to maintain current residency in this area. I need some start up capitol to buy inventory and pay for the rest of my licenses: Liquor/City/State plus down payments to change utilities into my name.
