Description:
Interior decorating company. I've worked for a retail fabric store for 14 years. The store has been in business since 1969 and is successfull. The owner, now 84 yrs. old and in poor health, has offered to sell the assets to me to keep it going. He'll create a triple net lease for the real estate and his investment staff will maintain an office on the property. I'm looking for aprox. $500k -$600k to purchase assets and have some operating capital to take over with. Please inform me if you can help. The transaction is in central Connecticut. Thank You
