Our company was formed to invest in single family homes refurbish and remarket. We would like to invest in a piece of property adjacent to ours and abutting 3 established neighborhoods. We believe this would be an outstanding location for a water park. Currently there is no water parks located in Apex or Raleigh. There is a pool park located in Raleigh which is very small and limited. There is one private pool club within 10 miles however they are limited to 425 memberships and they are full and have a waiting list.
