Description: The earliest varient of the company was a LAN Support and Software Development company back when LAN was a new concept for most businesses. I started the company as a way to pay for college and it served that purpose well. I went to work for an IT Company right out of college and put my company on hold. Several years later, I saw an opportunity to grow my company, so this time I converted the company to an S3 Corp. and change the name to NuLANtek, Inc. About a year after 911, the company just could not find enough work to stay open so when all employees found new jobs, I put NuLANtek back on ice. I tried to find work in IT, but the best I could do was to work in a computer store. I survived to re-invent myself and the company. I actually went to college for Engineering, Plastics and took classes in Architecture, and I found an opportunity re-engineering old 1970 designed aircraft parts that are still in demand to this day. NuLANtek had a new life in all things aircraft. However, aircraft parts are not so profitable and former IT clients were calling about coming back to work, so I did both. My current contract moves me to central Ohio, so NuLANtek is put back into storage. While looking for a new building, a huge opportunity presents itself as there is no storage available. The automotive industry in this area owns all of it or has first rights of refusal. Currently only one company is building and they can't keep up with the demand for their own clients. So the demand for building space (industrial and storage) should remain extremely high for the foreseeable future. So now NuLANtek has become super active in development for mid to super large storage complexes. I have met with the Automotive company mentioned earlier. They are telling me that they are doing a study to determine total need based on current and forecasted growth and should be able to meet with me again in the fall of 2018. NuLANtek Aerospace remains in storage and NuLANtek Development is born. However, the new born company may have the clients, but does not have to cash for initial development(s) and not enough collateral to support any Federal-backed loan guarantees I do qualify for. That's why I'm here!
