This is a mature business that has shown consistent growth over the last 15 years. The purchase of the facility includes buildings, 15 acres of property, and all business inventory.
The current owner is retiring and moving south and this would be an excellent opportunity to assume the current operations and expanding to include eco tours and bicycle tours at a nearby nature trail.
