Description:
My partner and I are looking to build a fitness center in Monmouth County NJ. We have the land picked out and the building plans complete. All we need is someone willing to give us a chance and see our potential to make this business extremely profitable. The club will encompass many different profit centers including: day spa, cafe, and children's fitness center. The area is up and coming and the township WANTS a fitness facility built on this (URL removed) permits have been granted and variances approved. Anyone interested in helping two entrepreneurs realize their dreams, please contact me!
