LifePath Group LLC was established in 2005 as a Florida based Limited Liability Company. Joseph and Bonnie Ellul formed the LLC as a pass through investment structure to fund the projects development, and operate the business as managing partners. Our objective is to secure an exclusive license with one manufacturing, distribution and marketing company, for the entire LifePath portfolio, at a reasonable percentage of the sales. Alternatively, we may consider an acquisition or pursue several licensees for each of the four market segments to achieve our goals.
