Our key objective is to secure financing for $15-$25M to purchase and manage properties throughout Philadelphia. These properties will be used to offer affordable housing to Philadelphia residents in need of housing. The tenant base will be provided by the Philadelphia Office of Mental Health and its subsidiaries (RHD, COMHAR, PATH, etc.), in addition to "market" tenants.
