I own a nightclub/bar in NE Phildelphia. I am changig the bar to a "Venue" and having "National acts perform live. The bar venue has an occupancy status of 800. You can fit more than 1000 for a show.
I am lookling to borrow $250K. $150K will be used to consolidate debt, $10K for minor repais, $10K to start the new program. The balance to remain in the bank for future purchase of the property.
The venue will offer a wide range of enetainment. There will be a combinaion f "National" acts combined wih local bands. The ticket sales should generate gross sales of $250K-$350K from August until December. Most venues will draw between 400 and 500 patrons. The menu is competitively priced for the
area. The bar is also piced accordingly. The venue will have properly staffed durig allperfrmnces with hired, professional securi sevices. At no time will the establishment be without a manageon site.
All accounting, payroll,and legal services are in place. These procedures wilbe retained for as long as the business is in existence. There is a $2 general aggregate liability policy, a $1M liquor liability policy, $1M umbrell, and a theft policy in place. The liquor license is owned solely by Cosola, Inc.
