Description:
We are a landscaping construction company who just recently locked in a huge client. We have been doing jobs for them and recently were asked to triple our work load. My only problem is these jobs pay 60 days after completion. I need funds to proceed. We have the man power and fleet of vehicles but material is on a rise.I am looking for someone who wants a 10% return on thier investment. We have a nice profit margin in this so that is why i can offer such a return. You will see your investment plus intrest in 60 days per job. You can fund one job or ten. We have a great standing with this company and can provide documents.
