Description: I am seeking to invest in various properties, some for flip and some for hold. I currently own my own real estate company for 3 years now and want to begin investing as well. I believe as a broker working with buyers and sellers on a continual basis allows me to understand the market(s) better than most other investors. It also allows me the ability to operate equally in the wholesale as well as the retail markets. I also have several agents that work for me that deliver more leads; buyers and sellers. So between my own leads that I generate and my agents', I would like to build my own inventory of properties to sell.
